We all have certain hang-ups about ourselves - or habits that don't serve us. Have you ever wondered whether hypnotherapy might be the answer?

Nub News visited qualified hypnotherapist, Laura Culley, at her practice in the Serendipity shop on Honiton High Street. She explained how hypnotherapy works and what she can offer people who want to make a positive change in their lives.
