Customer Hub Advisor at Honiton Leisure Centre

- Company Name: LED Community Leisure Ltd

- Job Location: Honiton Leisure Centre

- Pay Rate/Range: £9.30 per hour

- Contract Type: Permanent

- Hours: Full and Part-Time hours available. Shifts available -Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 20:00 and Weekends 09:00 - 13:00

As a Customer Hub Advisor, your role is:

To consistently deliver great customer service to every member every time.

To proactively ensure that our members feel welcomed and valued and to meet member needs through effective inbound and outbound telephone calls.

You will promote LED memberships and centres in line with brand standards and monitor member feedback in order for us to continue to improve our service.
