Honiton Property of the Week: 3-bed property in Feniton

The house

This is a great opportunity to purchase a three-bed bungalow in a popular area. The house does require some renovation but it has great potential. 

You enter the house through a small porch that leads into a hallway. The hallway offers large storage cupboards. Off the hallway are the other rooms. Starting in the living room, we find a comfortable space which has patio doors off it leading to a small front garden. 

There is a separate room off from here that is a good size for a bedroom. 

Next door is the kitchen, which is modern and with space for storage and large appliances. A door from the kitchen leads outside. 

The WC is in a separate room to the bathroom but both are have been recently modernised

Bedroom One is a double room and it can accommodate space for furniture as well. It has a window looking to the front of the property. The second bedroom is a similar size. It is currently being used as a dining room and it has doors that open onto the conservatory.  

The conservatory is very old and it would benefit from some modernisation and improvements. However, it has great potential to provide some additional space to the house.

The garage can be accessed via the conservatory or the front garage door. It has power and lighting. 

To the front of the property there is a nice lawned area and plenty of off-road parking. At the rear of the house is a large lawn. There is also a greenhouse and a shed.
