The house

This bedroomed terraced home is offered with no onward. It is in need of modernisation throughout and would make an excellent project.

The house is spread over three floors and it offers a good amount of accommodation. In summary, it has three reception rooms, kitchen, four bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is also a rear garden with gated access to the EDDC car park at the back.

The front door opens into an entrance lobby, with a further door opening into hallway. Stairs rise to the first floor and doors to the ground floor rooms.

The living room is a good size. It has a fireplace and window overlooking the front aspect. A a separate dining room is also on this floor, which then and a breakfast room which then leads into the kitchen. The kitchen has fitted units and space for appliances and it looks over the garden.

A door leads to a useful side lobby giving access to the rear garden.

Moving up to the first floor, we find a good size shower room and a separate WC.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Two of these are good size doubles, the third being a single which would make a good office or nursery.

Stairs on the landing rise to the second-floor master bedroom which has a walk-in dormer window to the front aspect. Some renovation work is needed.

The rear garden is mainly laid to patio. There are different gravelled areas as well an outside WC, greenhouse and shed. A gate at the rear leads to the EDDC car park where permits can be purchased.
