This award follows hot on the heels of their success in November 2022 when they were finalists in three categories of the prestigious National Fitness Awards. Those categories were: -

·      Customer Service.

This new addition to their success story has been well received by both staff and members, especially as it is focused on member experience and, with over seven thousand fitness facilities in the UK, winning a National Award is so important to the whole team.
