Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service received a call from the occupier of the property reporting a chimney fire at the above location.

Fire control immediately mobilised one fire appliance from Ottery St Mary to attend this incident.

On arrival the incident commander confirmed a chimney fire at the property. The crew got to work extinguishing the fire using chimney gear and investigating fire spread using a thermal imaging camera.
