Honiton Carers enjoyed CPR training

What a brilliant session we had today learning how to do CPR and to operate a Defibrillator.

Joe Rice lead the First Aid session at the Methodist Church on Wednesday 12th October 2022 which was funded by Devon Carers. The carers who wanted to be, were all hands on and most were surprised at how hard it actually is to sustain CPR at the required strength. We also realised how important it is to have annual First Aid updates as you actually forget a lot, as most of us thankfully never need to practice what we learn in real life.
