The Honiton Carers spent the day at Honiton Co-op raising awareness for their charity.

On Friday 8 September the Honiton Carers held an awareness raising day at the Co-op. 

Honiton Carers is a local charity which supports unpaid carers. They meet regularly for days out, training sessions and Coffee Mornings.  

Winnie Cameron, who runs the group, said: "We had a good day and met with lots of carers and their loved ones who benefitted from some advice and signposting. 

"Honiton Carers are lucky to be one of Honiton Co-op's three chosen charities for the year 2022/23. 

"If you are a Co-op customer who has as yet not chosen your local "cause" please do so now as the Co-op contribution to your chosen charity will be backdated for the whole year."
