Honiton Carnival is set to return next month in a joint event which will also see the Christmas lights switched on.

The procession will start at 5pm on Saturday 20 November, after which the lights will be turned on.

There will reportedly be no entry form or judging this time, but there will be an after party with a disco and raffle for people entering the procession.
