Honiton: Deadline for nominations for Town and District councillors is approaching

Anyone wishing to put themselves forward as either a Honiton Town Councillor or as a District Councillor only has until Tuesday 4 April to do so. 

Local elections will take place on Thursday May 4.

There are two wards in Honiton. In St. Paul's, eight town councillors will be elected and in St. Michael's ten councillors will be elected. 

At the district level, St. Paul's will elect two councillors, and St. Michael's will elect three councillors. 

If you wish to stand, nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer at Blackdown House in Honiton before 4pm on April 4.

Nomination papers can be obtained from Blackdown House between 10am and 4pm.
