Honiton firefighters rescue two people trapped in vehicle

Fire crew from Honiton helped free two people trapped inside a vehicle following a collision in Offwell at 7.15am this morning (Dec 9).
Police and paramedics also attended the scene where the vehicle had left the road and rolled. Luckily no one was seriously injured in the incident.
According to a spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue: "One fire appliance from Honiton, one from Sidmouth and one from Middlemoor attended a road traffic incident where a vehicle had left the road and rolled.
"Two occupants were left trapped inside the vehicle.
"Crews arrived on scene and stabilised the vehicle, working with paramedics and the police.
"Both casualties were in a stable condition.
"Small tools were used, and crews assisted both casualties from the vehicle and into the hands of paramedics.
"Crews made the vehicle safe and duty of care of the scene was left with the police."
