Honiton: Front-of-house and kitchen jobs available now at prestigious Lyme Regis restaurant
Several opportunities have arisen to join the team at The Oyster & Fish House in Lyme Regis, which is one of Dorset's most prestigious restaurants. You'd be working with renowned chef and restauranteur Marx Hix.
The Oyster & Fish House is renowned for serving locally caught fish and seafood, seasonal cocktails and Dorset oysters, with the menu changing each day depending on the fishermen's catch.
The restaurant has an outdoor deck, and, during the summer season, you can expect to serve around 200 covers a day, which makes it a fun and busy environment to be a part of.
The Oyster & Fish House is looking for a range of positions as they head into the 2022 spring/summer season. Applicants will join a long-standing team, as well as seasonal colleagues who return to the restaurant year after year.
As well as working with an experienced team, new staff would also be given plenty of encouragement and opportunities to learn along the way and increase their own skills.
The Oyster & Fish House is looking for individuals with good initiative, strong people skills and those who are ready to work in a busy and fast-paced restaurant, serving the best local produce available.
