Below are lists of key planning applications in Honiton recently received or decided on by East Devon District Council.

Sunnyfields Industrial Estate, Yarcombe, Honiton EX14 9NB

Proposal: Planning permission for existing lawful development to establish the lawful use of land and buildings for a mix of uses classes E (g) class B2 and class B8 of the use classes identified within Town and Country Planning (use classes) regulations 2020.

Status: Awaiting decision

12 Milldale Crescent, Honiton, Devon, EX14 1RB

Proposal: Replacement of conservatory with single storey extension of 4m in   depth, 2.6m in height, and 2.4m to the eaves. The extension will have a flat roof with a single roof light in the centre. Roof finish will be EPDM or similar with a small overhang to the rear.
