Honiton Running Club offers beginners course to help you achieve your 2020 fitness goals
Running is a fantastic way to feel better about yourself and put you on the right tracks for a 2020 health initiative.
Joining a group is the best way to start out; as you'll get tips on safe practice, meet new people and have a ready-made schedule to stick to.
Honiton Running Club is offering a beginners 'Honiton Joggers' running course over an eight-week period starting this evening (January 6) at 6.40pm at the Honiton Sports Centre.
The weekly run and recovery sessions are a chance to build your fitness - from couch to 5k - until all members are able to keep going for 30 minutes without stopping.
The course is beneficial for newcomers to running and those who are returning from injury and costs £25.
