The Honiton Community Theatre Company are all set for their latest performance, The Hollow.
The show will take place at the Beehive on the third, forth and fifth of November.
Following on from the success of 'And then There Were None' in 2018, the group have been busy rehearsing another Agatha Christie classic.
The Hollow is a thriller of passion and betrayal. An unhappy game of romantic follow-the-leader explodes into murder one weekend at The Hollow, home of Sir Henry and Lucy Angkatell, arguably Christie's finest comic grandee dame.
One cast member told Nub News: "I have recently joined the Honiton Community Theatre Company and I am thoroughly enjoying working with an excellent cast on The Hollow.
"The play is a little different for an Agatha Christie production, there is no Hercule Poirot or Miss Marple! That aside it has all the intrigue and entertainment that one would expect from the Queen of detective stories."
There will be a British Sign Language Interpreted Performance on Friday 4 November.
Anyone wishing to access this performance should book tickets in the low numbered seats on the right-hand side of the auditorium. The interpreters will also circulate in the foyer as people arrive in order to interpret and direct.
Another member of the cast member said: "I am really excited to have the interpreters with us again as having a signed performance adds an extra dimension to the performance.
"Even if you can hear, there is that added connection between the words on stage and the visual from the interpreters, who become the characters in order for us to see who is saying something.
"I am pleased to be opening up a performance that the Deaf community would otherwise be unable to access.
The interpreters are also attending rehearsals, and one of them said: "It is not everyday that we get to interpret the last words of a dead body, especially if he has just been murdered!"
Tickets are allocated and cost £10. Accessible seating available from the box office. You can book tickets for the three performances here.
