Applications have opened for Honiton Town Council's latest round of grants supporting community projects.

Organisations such as charities and not-for-profit bodies, that provide services to the Honiton community, can apply for up to £5,000.

The grants can be used to pay for materials and equipment, or the provision of a service that makes Honiton a better place to live, work and play.

The application form can be found by visiting the news section of the Honiton Town Council website which also gives full details of the kind of organisations that are eligible for the grants, and plenty of guidance on how to apply.

The form must be completed and returned by 5pm on Friday, September 17 this year, and the applications will be considered for approval by the full council when it meets on October 11.
