Honiton Town Council resolve no further action against Baileys Partnership

Honiton Town Council will consider a resolution made at a recent Finance and Policy Committee meeting regarding the dispute with Baileys Partnership.

Included within the agenda for October's full council meeting next Monday (Oct 12), members will receive the draft minutes of the Finance and Policy Committee meeting held on 28 September.

Stated on the agenda published today (Oct 7): "Resolutions for Full Council to consider: Baileys Partnership Dispute.

"Members resolved by six votes, with one abstention to recommend to Full Council that Honiton Town Council take no further action due to limitation issues against Bailey Partnership.

"Proposed by Cllr McNally and seconded by Cllr Zarczynski."

Mayor John Zarczynski commented: "This item will be discussed at Monday's full council meeting."
