Honiton: Would you like to be part of the new Town Council? The deadline is February 11

Honiton Town Council, St. Michael's Ward, are looking for new members, and the deadline is February 11 at 4pm.

Are you passionate about Honiton?

Do you have good ideas to improve the town?

Do you want to serve your community?

Then Honiton needs you!

The vacancies come after several resignations in January. Six members of the council, including the former mayor, resigned over a budget dispute.

Councillor Serena Sexton has been elected as a temporary chair of the council.

Applications are welcomed from all backgrounds, with our without local government experience.

Polling day will be Thursday 10 March between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
