Welcome to this week's planning briefing from Honiton Nub News. Every week your Nub News team will put together a report on the planning applications, big and small, submitted to the area's planning authority, East Devon District Council, from the Honiton area.

The applications featured in this report have been verified by EDDC but decisions on the applications have not yet been made.

-3 no. non illuminated flag pole signs and 1 no. illuminated media screen/pod. Tesco Honiton Store, Battishorne Way, Honiton, EX14 2XD.

Ref. No: 20/0282/ADV. Validated: Mon 10 Feb 2020. Status: Awaiting decision.

-Certificate of lawfulness for the construction of a single storey extension. 1 Cotfield Close, Honiton, EX14 1QX.

Ref. No: 20/0271/CPL. Validated: Fri 14 Feb 2020. Status: Refused.
