Technical Support Supervisor, Honiton

£30,000 - £35,000 + bonus + 23 days holiday + pension

In this role, you will be overseeing the support team who are the first port of call for all customer enquiries, primarily acting as an aftersales function. Your role will be to ensure the team meet their targets, offer support on more difficult queries and oversee the ongoing training and development of the team to ensure they can do the job to the best of their ability.

The ideal candidate will be keen and motived, from any technical support background.
