The Beehive is looking for a new Volunteer Co-ordinator/Administrative Assistant.

The Beehive is Honiton's award-winning community venue and they host a wide range of events including cinema, live music and theatre.

An enthusiastic and well-organised person is needed to join the existing friendly team, and you will be rewarded with an interesting and varied role.

The position requires working with The Beehive's volunteers. You will be involved in their recruitment and training. You will liaise with the volunteers and provide administrative support to other members of staff. There may be occasional duty manager shifts.

Applicants must have good communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flexible approach.

The ideal candidate would have experience of volunteering themselves, as well as working with volunteers

About the job:

·      The position is part-time and is 20 hours a week.

·      6-month fixed term contract initially, with the possibility of extending it.

·      Salary: £10,622.00-£10,942.00 per year

·      The job is based at The Beehive but some homeworking may be required.
