Full or part time cook for a small, fun and friendly team.

Office Administrator – Honiton
Our client is a highly reputable, regional business providing a range of services to the property market. They are a long-standing company with an enviable reputation. They operate a supportive culture and they are expanding their team further.
We are seeking an Administrator to work on a permanent basis, full time basis. The candidate would be ideally required to work Monday - Friday, 08:45 - 17.30 and every other Saturday. The salary is £19,000 depending on experience and the chance to join a thriving team and be part of their future success.
The Role
The purpose of the role is to provide key administrative support to a busy property team. Some of the duties included in this role and not limited to are:
-Typing up marketing particulars and property portfolios
-Prepare, manage and ensure correspondence, reports and documents that are accurate and in the correct format and within given timescales-Implement and maintain office systems and databases
-Diary management including organising and confirming appointments-Communicate verbally and in writing to answer enquiries and provide information
-Liaison with internal and external contacts-Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
-Reception/telephone duties The Successful Candidate The successful candidate must have: -A driven and pro-active approach to work-Excellent administrative and typing skills
-Excellent attention to detail-Highly organised and efficient approach
-Excellent communication skills-Professionalism
-Strong organisational skills-Ability to use own initiative

We have also adopted the following purposes where we have undertaken Systems Thinking reviews:
- To match the right people with the right home (voids & allocations).
- Do the right repair at the right time, get it right first time, and stay fixed (responsive repairs).
- Do the right service/repair at the right time, and leave safe (gas servicing).
- To collect the right amount of rent at the right time (rent management).
- Deal with customer emergencies promptly (Home Safeguard).
- To deliver outstanding Support Services to residents of East Devon regardless of housing tenure (sheltered housing support services).
Job purpose:
The post holder will be specifically responsible and wholly accountable for delivering the 'purposes' as developed through systems thinking and 'what matters' to our customers in relation to the Housing Service, which as at the date of this job description includes delivering new affordable housing; Home Safeguard; homelessness/needs and housing advice; managing and maintaining the Council's housing stock, including undertaking all landlord activities.
The post holder will lead and assume responsibility for implementing strategic and operational projects from a Housing Services perspective.
The post holder will support corporate and operational projects in the area of expertise.
As a member of the senior team, the post holder will assume a shared responsibility with the Chief Executive, the Deputy Chief Executive, Strategic Leads, other Service Leads, working with elected Members, in the delivery of the Council's vision and corporate priorities.
