Housekeeping - Honiton

Communications Officer £29,577 - £32,234 full time or pro rata

This is an exciting full time or part time opportunity for a communications professional to play a vital role to enhance the reputation of the council and ensure East Devon residents are accurately informed of key projects and initiatives.

A degree in a relevant subject is essential as is the requirement to have outstanding writing skills and proven experience in a challenging communications environment. You will have a strong knowledge of managing social media accounts and working effectively with the media. You will need to be organised, able to prioritise issues at a moment's notice and keep a cool head under pressure.

This role is full time but we would welcome part time applications for a minimum of three days per week.

Digital Communications and Projects Officer £29,577 - £32,234

This role is key to continuing our transformation success and to enhance our ambition to deliver quality digital content and services. We need you to be able to assess and meet the changing needs of our customers and support our evolving business model. You'll help us achieve greater levels of income and increased efficiencies across our diverse range of services.

You will need to be digitally creative and savvy, as well as passionate and committed to providing a positive on-line experience, and you will have a proven track record in web and intranet content and design management.
