Quantity Surveyor – Honiton

Girling Jones are working with a multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking for an experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor to act on behalf of their clients.

You would be working on behalf of the consultancy looking to use a PQS to consult for their existing clients.

Ideally you will have experience working within the residential, commercial and health care sectors and be client focused.

You will also possess the full range of Quantity Surveying knowledge including, but not limited to, preparing and using cost data derived from the plans and drawings, project time line and program, undertaking feasibility work, producing estimates, budgets and cost plans, undertaking value engineering and comparative design studies.

What we are looking for?

• Experienced and Chartered Quantity Surveyor
• Encompass the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying
• A Range of experience from Commercial to new builds.
• Able to work autonomously
• Travel throughout Devon
