About You

As a carer under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well being and social needs of our residents. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.

Delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart. It's about making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the care home. And, whether you're helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you'll always have their wellbeing in mind above anything else.

Sales Account Manager – Honiton

Are you target driven and would you like to be in charge of your own earning potential? If so, our well-established and successful client is seeking a high achieving Sales Account Manager to join their hard working and friendly team based in Honiton, Devon.

As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for purchasing large volumes of electronic components from clients and reselling to existing buyers internationally. You need to love building relationships and thrive on hitting targets and achieving KPIs as well as being a team player.

This a full time, permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm with a basic salary of £18.000 - £20.000PA and a realistic first year OTE of £23,000 - £25,000. Other benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays which rises to 30 days holiday with length of service, regular company team incentives, a friendly welcoming team environment and free on-site parking.

If you are fluent in another language this would be highly beneficial. For candidates with no prior sales experience, for the right person our client would be willing to provide full training.

The successful applicant will be a sales minded individual who is tenacious, motivated by earnings and eager to learn. You will be a good at building relationships and have a logistical mind.

This role is starting immediately however for the right person our client will wait a notice period.

Procurement Coordinator – Honiton

Cordant People are currently recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator for their client based in Honiton

The duties will include but not restricted to:

-Undertake the processing of purchase requisitions and placement of purchase orders.

-Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

-Coordinate with customer service to ensure alignment with customer delivery schedule.

-Update internal scheduling software to match delivery dates.

-Meet with suppliers, negotiate prices.

-Undertake associated administration of queries/discrepancies that arise.

-Utilise MRP/ERP system.

-Cost saving initiatives and monitor stock levels.

-Manage company's external suppliers to ensure continuity of supply chain.

-Monitor supplier delivery performance.
