114 - 116 Honiton High Street has been given approval to be converted into two flats.

114 - 116 High Street is located above Bradleys Estate Agent.

Each of the flats will have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/dining area.

The first floor of the three storey building has been vacant for a couple of years, having previously been occupied by businesses.

Honiton Town Council raised no objections to the proposal.

A 2-bed flat for sale above Boston Tea Party is currently on the market for £180,000 so the new flats will be expected to sell for a similar figure.
