Missing Honiton teenager located 'safe and well'

Police have confirmed that a 15-year-old from Payhembury near Honiton, reported missing on Tuesday, has now been located.

In a statement Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Officers have located missing Honiton teenager, Billy Allen, who has been found safe and well.

"Police would like to thank the public for all of their assistance."
