What would have been the 130th Honiton Agricultural Show has officially been cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic

A statement from the organisers read: "It is with much regret that the Management Committee of the Honiton & District Agricultural Association have today taken the extremely difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Honiton Agricultural Show."

As one of the largest one-day agricultural shows in the country and a highlight of the summer for many; organisers admit that this is a 'big disappointment for everyone'.

"The Association would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in our wonderful organisation."

Trade stands, exhibitors and suppliers will be contacted by organisers as soon as possible and full details of the cancellation policy can be found here.

Traders who do not wish to transfer their pitch to the 2021 show at the lower 2020 rate will be offered a full refund.

"We will continue to support our rural communities however we can and we all very much look forward to welcoming you to next year's show on Thursday, 5 August 2021."

For any urgent queries, contact the show office on 01404 41794.
