Can you help police identify this man caught on camera in Honiton

Police investigating an alleged public order offence in Honiton have released a picture of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

It happened on the corner of New Street and High Street at around 7.15pm on 9 November 2020.

It was reported that a male victim was approached by a stranger and verbally abused.

Police investigating the incident would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
