POLICE UPDATE: Driver reported following Kings Road collision with cyclist

A driver has been reported for 'driving without due care and attention' following a collision with a bicycle on Kings Road in Honiton earlier today (31 July).

A male cyclist has been taken to hospital with minor injuries.

According to a spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police: "Police and ambulance were called at 11.35am today following a collision between a car and a bicycle on the A35 at Honiton.

"The male cyclist sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital.

"The driver of the car was reported for driving without due care and attention.

"One lane was blocked. Tailbacks were back onto the A30.

"All clear now."
