A search investigation following the disappearance of a Honiton man missing since last Sunday remains ongoing.

John Scurr 'was last seen in Honiton on Sunday 24 January' according to police, who are appealing for information.

He is described as being a white male, aged in his early 70s, who is often seen in the area wearing a red jacket and red bobble hat.

Search and rescue teams remain out looking for John, following the operation yesterday.

As a friend of Honiton Memory Cafe, members are asking that people remain vigilant.

Anyone with any information that could help locate John, please call police on 101 quoting log number 709 of 27/01/21.
