Road Traffic Collision at

Date: Time: Location: Two fire appliances from Honiton were mobilised to a report of a road traffic collision with one person trapped.Fire crews reported one flat bed truck which had collided with a telegraph pole on the public highway.  Hydraulic rescue equipment and small tools were used to extricate one male casualty who was physically trapped in the vehicle.  He was then transported to hospital by land ambulance.  Police and Ambulance service were also in attendance.  A British Telecom Engineer was requested for the damage to the telegraph pole.
