One person seriously injured
Police are appealing for witnesses following a two vehicle collision on the A35 near Tower Cross.The incident, involving a Toyota Yaris and a Vauxhall van, happened at 1.24pm on Friday 27 July.
The passenger of the Toyota Yaris, a woman in her 50s, was airlifted to hospital where she remains in a critical condition.Police are keen to speak to the driver of a Grey Mini Cooper S who is believed to have been travelling behind the Toyota Yaris prior to the collision. It's believed they may have information that may aid the investigation.
The A35 was closed in both directions and localised diversions were put in place at the scene.Anyone with information and anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police on [email protected] or call 101 quoting log 466 of Friday 27 July.
