Steam locomotive to pass through Honiton on the same day as Gate to Plate

A steam locomotive will pass through Honiton railway station this coming Saturday, August 10.

"35028 Clan Line is the 28th member of southern railway's Merchant Navy Class," according to local train enthusiast, Matt Jackson.

The train will be coming from London Waterloo and will pass through Honiton at approximately 12:40.

The event coincides with Honiton Gate to Plate, which is taking place on the High Street on the same day.
