Stockland Hill partially blocked after collision

A rural road near Honiton has been partially blocked for almost three hours after a collision.
Stockland Hill, near Cotleigh, is partially blocked and traffic is reported to be slow in the area.
According to Devon and Cornwall Police the incident took place at around 11.10am.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area while recovery work is carried out.
