The great Honiton pumpkin trail: How you can get involved
As with all 2020 events, Halloween is looking a little different this year. But that's not to say Honiton won't be having a 'spooktacular' time, thanks to the great Honiton pumpkin trail.
The event, which will take place next Saturday, 31 October, invites you to get dressed up in your best scary costumes and walk the streets to see what scary surprises are hidden there.
Organiser, Dawn Enticott told us: "I've got nearly 40 houses involved and have created a map with an activity pack.
"They are being sold for a £1 to help raise money for Hospice.
"Chippee, Hunters Hair and the Hospice shop are all selling them on the High Street.
"We have a Facebook group for people to join with all the details on it. This is also going to be used for the coloured pictures entries to be uploaded for a chance to win a prize.
"We also want to encourage everyone to share their spooky encounter photos from the night. There are some pumpkin hotspots, one is called Nightmare's Revenge.
"We will also be collecting for Honiton Carnival, because sadly we will be missing out on our carnival procession this year.
"The money raised will help towards next year's carnival events, so please grab a map and dress up and join the pumpkin trail."
