TRIP award certificate of thanks to customers and staff at Honiton SPAR

TRIP volunteer, Sharon Prangley, was pleased to present a certificate to the staff at the SPAR in Honiton High Street.

The certificate was for the latest generous collection of £115.27 from SPAR customers, taking the total to over £700 in the last 12 months.

Sharon Thorne, TRIP Deputy Manager, said: "Staff at the SPAR immediately agreed to have the collection boxes at the tills when asked.

"It's great when we know the people of Honiton step up and show their support for what TRIP provides in Honiton, especially in these challenging and uncertain times."

She added: "Literally, every penny counts. Especially with reduced income from Ring & Ride, but increased cleaning costs!"
