The Little Shop of Seasons is a cheerful and friendly cafe and shop on Honiton High Street, and the shop contents and impressive window displays change depending on the time of year.

The shop sells a wide range of seasonal gifts - and, as you'd expect in December, it is currently full to the rafters with Christmas items.

Your Nub News correspondent was tempted by the enormous range of lovely Christmas tree decorations and presents - there is a lot to choose from!

There are plates to leave out on Christmas Eve for Father Christmas and Rudolph, felt advent calendars, nativity scenes made of knitted mice, Sophie Allport gifts and lots more besides.

It really is a one-stop shop for all things festive!

With a window display themed on the season's upcoming event, such as Easter, or Halloween, the shop is always eye-catching as you stroll past on the High Street.

The attached cafe sells a range of food and drinks, including breakfast muffins, milkshakes and lunches. When I visited it was busy with customers sheltering from the early December chill and clutching hot chocolates. With the holly tree decorations and the lively Christmas music, it was a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or a snack.

I enjoyed a bacon and egg breakfast muffin, which I can highly recommend. The bacon was nice and thick (and crispy) and the egg was perfectly done.

Next time you're in Honiton, why not pop in?
