HALLETT – EDA. Passed away peacefully at Gittisham Hill House on 18th May 2021 aged 94 years.

SHERWOOD - SAM. Passed away peacefully at home on 12th May 2021 aged 80 years.

Last Wednesday and Thursday (26 and 27 May) Leonard and Jose Beavers helped tidy the planters in Dowell Street in Honiton.

Begonia's were added to the planters to give them a bit more colour and the area around the planters was given a spruce up.

Ernie Willcocks has been invested into the Leonard Beaver Colony in Honiton, with his grandad watching proudly.

Club Leader, Helen Turner commented: "Ernie's mum emailed saying that she could not make it, but would it be possible for her father in law, Laurie Willcocks, to come along.

Devon's NHS is reassuring pregnant or breastfeeding women that they can have the Covid-19 vaccine without affecting fertility.

Devon County Council leader John Hart has refreshed his ruling Cabinet following last month's election victory.

Caroline Kolek took up running just two years ago, after downloading the Couch to 5k App, and is now gearing up to complete 100km/62 miles this July.
