The sessions give people the chance to talk openly about mental health and to enjoy different activities.

Open Arms East Devon, a Honiton-based mental health group, has launched its first ever exhibition at Thelma Hulbert Gallery (THG) in Honiton.

This thought-provoking exhibition features work created by members of Open Arms in their weekly art sessions. It includes painting, clay masks, prints, ceramics and sculptures and is in the Project Space at East Devon District Council's Thelma Hulbert Gallery.
