What is BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU ?

We're offering a full day of 1hr taster sessions for you to find out!

10 am - Parent & Child Class (5 to 10 year olds)

11:30am - Parent & Child Class (11 year old plus)

1pm - Teen Class

2:30pm - Adult Class

3:30pm - Women Only class

1 week before there will be a booking system where you can book your spot. No Equipment necessary. Just bring a bottle of water and prepare to have fun!
