Members of a community movement currently underway in Honiton gathered outside St Paul's Church in the town centre on Saturday (Aug 16).

Honiton Forward is a growing group of people who are working for the community to achieve key aims.

Projects include:

• The Community Governance Petition
• The Community Brainstorm
• Promoting Local Businesses
• Community Support during the Covid pandemic

A statement read: "Honiton Forward is a community movement which is working to make Honiton a great place to live and work.

"We are an inclusive movement which is not political and so we welcome all who have a positive contribution to make.

"Everyone who lives in Honiton can join Honiton Forward for free and anyone else who is interested in Honiton can become an associate member."
