Despite the restrictions this year, 1st Honiton Scout Group still managed to bring Christmas cheer to residents at Abbeyfield care home.

Scout Leader Helen Turner said: "Leonard Beavers made Christmas cards and Jackson Cubs made a wreath which we sent to residents.

"We have really missed not going to Abbeyfield and doing different games and crafts with the residents this year.

"Hopefully we will be able to restart our section meetings with them in the future.

"I know that our Beavers miss going there and the residents miss seeing them, as we always have lots of smiles and giggles when we are there."
