26 year old man charged with the murder of a woman at a farm near Honiton

A 26-year-old man has now been charged with the murder of Katherine Bevan at a farm near Honiton.

Luigi Palmas, aged 26, of no fixed abode, has been charged with the murder of 53-year-old Katherine Bevan.

Palmas has also been charged with a further count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in connection with an incident in Exeter on January 20.

He is due to appear before Exeter Magistrates' Court today [Wednesday 22 January].
