About the Sales Advisor role:

With a genuine interest in charity retail, you would support the Shop Manager in maximising income and profitability at our Dowell Street shop in Honiton. To be considered, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and demonstrate a commitment to team working which will allow you to work alongside colleagues and volunteers in carrying out a variety of activities including sorting donations and processing transactions on the till. As Dowell Street is one of Hospiscare's warehouse-style shops, you will also be expected to be capable of assisting with the moving and handling of large items of furniture.

Skills and characteristics required to become our Sales Advisor:

Good attention to detail and competence in basic IT skills are essential, while previous retail experience may be of benefit but is not a requirement.

Are you looking for a new opportunity to work as a 1st Line Support Engineer to be based in Honiton, East Devon?

Your role will be to provide first line helpdesk support to clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone and email.

Main Duties of the Role

To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email.

To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.

To log all calls and time within the call logging system.

Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.

To escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member.

Carry out daily client systems checks, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager where necessary.

Update client configuration files and documentation.

Prepare PCs and other hardware to be sent to clients.

You will fully lead and overssee the development of this office, team and its future growth and success. Profile

Care Assistant, Full and Part Time in Honiton - Brook Street

I have an amazing opportunity for you to work as a Care Assistant, Full Time & Part Time positions available, in an Independent Living Service for Elderly service users near Honiton, Devon.

In your role as a Care Assistant you will provide support to residents but also, when needed, provide support to local residents as well.

You will ensure that the service users enjoy their lives to the full and support their social, emotional, physical and intellectual well being.
