Honiton Carers Support Group will be at Honiton Tesco today (Novemer 18) - to generate awareness on Carers rights and to sell raffle tickets.

Chairman of Honiton Carers, Winnie Cameron said: "We want to let everyone know that we are here all day and would people to pop by and say hello.

"We are also selling raffle tickets for a wonderful, festive hamper - so make sure you're in with a chance of winning.

"As always, the main aim is to make people aware that we are here and offering support for people who are providing care for someone.

"A lot of people who are caring for loved ones don't realise that they are entitled to certain benefits and that there are services available to them.

"We also get together for friendly, relaxed meetings where we have interesting speakers, or we go on day trips and partake in various activities."
