The Honiton Carnival returns to the High Street this Saturday, after a two-year break.

Honiton Carnival is one of East Devon's largest displays and it is an annual highlight for many in the town.

Last year's Christmas Carnival attracted large crowds.

The procession will commence at 7.30pm at the top of Ottery Moor Lane and then will proceed to Pottery Close.

Honiton Twirlstar Majorettes, the Devon Truck Show and The Honiton Carnival Float will be taking part, as well as other floats.

The organisers of the carnival are raising money for the event and have created a QR code which is displayed on their Facebook page as well as in several locations around Honiton.

Carnival Week will also involve a Carnival Bingo on Wednesday and a 90s Dance Night.
