Lauren Passmore-Smart's clothes swap raised £250 for the Ukraine's Red Cross Appeal.

The event took place on Saturday 26 March at Honiton Community College.

Lauren had the idea to organise a clothes swap after many people collected up clothes to donate to Ukraine but were unable to find anywhere to accept them.

Clothes donations were accepted from 10am and later in the day people were able to swap clothes or purchase them for a donation.

Lauren told Nub News: "It was a brilliant day! I met some wonderful people who were very generous, and we raised £250 in total.

"We will definitely be holding more swap shops in the future and I think I will organise one for children's clothing and toys, which would be great.

"We do have other ideas but no solid plans just yet as they were all discussed on Saturday, but we now have a group chat to get some more community projects underway!"

If you would like to make a donation to the Red Cross to help Ukraine, you can do so here.
