2. Ferndale, Exeter Road, Honiton, EX14 1AU

Erection of a single storey rear extension, which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 4 metres, for which the maximum height would be 4 metres, and for which the height of the eaves would be 3 metres. Status: Awaiting decision


3. Crawley Farm, Yarcombe, Honiton, EX14 9AY

The proposals are to replace the existing staff room porta cabin which has been in place for the past five years with a new staff porta cabin. Status: Awaiting decision
