Honiton Fire Station assists with major blaze involving crews from all over Devon

Honiton fire crews are among those tackling a major fire in the Exeter area which broke out in the very early hours of the morning.
Middlemoor and Danes Castle crews were the first to be called to Hill Barton Business Park, near Exeter, just after midnight this morning.
Crews confirmed the incident involved approximately 500 tonnes of waste wood well alight.
On arrival, they made a request for an additional six fire appliances and two aerial ladder platforms. These were sent from Topsham, Danes Castle, two from Sidmouth, Ottery St Mary and Exmouth.
Aerial ladder platforms came from Torquay and Bridgwater also attended and additional appliances included the incident command unit from Honiton and the welfare unit from Crediton.
Later, appliances from Clyst St George, Ivybridge, Newton Abbot and Taunton also arrived on scene.
At 9am this morning, crews were rotated to provide relief, with Teignmouth, Tiverton, Colyton, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Dawlish, Seaton, Chagford and Middlemoor attending.
The latest report on the incident came at 10am this morning, with the wood pile still alight, covering an area of 50 square metres.
Crews were said to be still at work with an aerial ladder, three ground monitors, two main jets and water bowsers with dams.
